CCTV Drain Camera Surveys

When a drain collapse, displacement or a blockage is suspected, a CCTV drain camera survey can quickly locate the fault and give visual confirmation of the extent and nature of the problem.

At Suddenstrike Drain Care, we use state of the art Mini-Cam CCTV equipment which incorporates full colour, self levelling cameras with integral high intensity LED lighting, distance metering and sonar tracking which enables us to trace drain runs and locate the position of the problem.

Surveys and Reporting

Suddenstrike Drain Care uses the ProPIPE reporting software from Mini-cam. This advanced reporting software is built in to our CCTV camera unit, allowing us to create in depth inspection reports on site as the camera survey is being carried out.

Our reports identify any issues in the drainage system, and provide a detailed description, along with an image of any problems found. You will also be provided with recommendations of how to solve any problems identified and will be supplied with a DVD copy of the camera survey.

Home Buyer/Pre-purchase Drain Surveys and Reports

Whether requested by your mortgage lender or as part of due diligence, pre-purchase inspection reports may be a pre-requisite, prior to completing a purchase of a property. Even when they are not stipulated, pre-purchase surveys and reports are a useful way of identifying any pre-existing problems that may be present in the properties drainage system. If a pre-purchase inspection is not commissioned prior to a property being purchased, any existing problems discovered after the sale has completed may not be covered by your insurance!
